Why I Do This Meaningful Work:
We are hardwired for love, belonging, and intimacy, and yet, as a species, we have never been more disconnected from one another. Providing the knowledge and tools to help bridge this disparity is my mission.
Who I Am and What I Do:
As a Somatica© trained Intimacy and Relationship Coach, and Sexologist. I help guide individuals - whether single or partnered - in their pursuit of their highest emotional, sensual and erotic potential. I help them learn how to connect lovingly, sensually, meaningfully and authentically to themselves and then with others.
About Me:
Previous to coaching, I co-founded and oversaw a psychological assessment company for over 20 years that provided evaluations of individuals’ potential.
In addition to my Somatica© training, I have a B.A. in psychology, and an MBA, and am a published author. I currently live the life of my dreams in South Florida, surrounded by the ocean, and the people and things I love most.
I am of Puerto Rican descent and speak
English and Spanish.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want. It is NOT therapy. I am NOT a licensed psychotherapist or therapist and am not required to be licensed in order to practice intimacy, sex and relationship coaching.
I offer a 30-minute free consultation to better understand your concerns and viable options for growth. I offer 3- and 6- week packages of one 60-minute 1:1 coaching session per week.
I use a mindfulness/spiritual foundation and provide a safe, judgment-free, sex-positive, and pleasure-based container for experiencing experiential learning about intimacy and sensuality. First sessions are conducted online and subsequent sessions may be online or in person. Sessions are 60 minutes each and may consist of initial breath work, focused issue- and solution-based discussion and exercises, debrief and potential between-session assignments.
Learning to touch is an important part of learning intimacy; there may be healing touch and/or two-way touching in the in-person sessions, however, this is not sex or body work. All clothing remains on and there is no touching of genitals. Scheduling of the first session is done after a signed consent form and deposit have been received by me.
I also offer group coaching and themed workshops.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
